Purchase & Refund Policy

This Policy governs purchases and refunds for invitation codes sold through the Sora Invite Service.

1. Nature of Product

Sora Invite sells digital invitation codes for OpenAI's Sora 2 service. These are one-time use codes that grant access to create a Sora 2 account.

Each invitation code is:

  • Digital goods delivered instantly via email
  • One-time use only – cannot be reused after redemption
  • Non-transferable – bound to the email address used at purchase
  • Final sale – all purchases are considered complete upon code delivery

2. No Refund Policy

2.1 General Rule

Invitation codes are NON-REFUNDABLE once purchased and delivered. This is a strict policy due to the nature of digital goods.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept that:

  • You will not be eligible for a refund after the invitation code is delivered to your email
  • This applies regardless of whether you have used or redeemed the code
  • Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or dissatisfaction with OpenAI's Sora 2 service

2.2 Why No Refunds?

Invitation codes are digital products that are instantly delivered and cannot be "returned" once you have received them. Unlike physical goods or ongoing subscriptions, these codes have immediate value upon delivery and can be redeemed or shared, making it impossible to verify non-use.

3. When Refunds May Be Considered

We will consider refund requests only in the following exceptional circumstances:

3.1 Technical Failures

Non-Delivery – If you completed payment but did not receive your invitation code within 24 hours, and our support team cannot resend the code successfully.

Invalid Code – If the invitation code we delivered is technically invalid or already used through no fault of your own, and we cannot provide a replacement code.

System Errors – If you were charged incorrectly due to a technical malfunction on our platform (e.g., wrong price displayed, system glitch).

3.2 Duplicate Charges

Accidental Multiple Charges – If you were charged multiple times for the same purchase due to a payment processing error, we will refund the duplicate charges.

3.3 What Is NOT Eligible for Refund

The following situations do not qualify for refunds:

  • Change of Mind – You decided you no longer want the invitation code after receiving it
  • Unused Code – You received a valid code but chose not to use it
  • OpenAI Service Issues – Problems with OpenAI's Sora 2 service, account setup, or service quality (we are not responsible for OpenAI's services)
  • Account Suspension – Your OpenAI account gets suspended or banned after redemption
  • Code Sharing – You shared the code with someone who used it before you could
  • User Error – You entered the code incorrectly or redeemed it on the wrong account

4. Invitation Code Validity & Replacement

4.1 Code Validity

Invitation codes provided by Sora Invite are valid at the time of delivery. However, we cannot control:

  • Changes to OpenAI's invitation code system or acceptance policies
  • Expiration dates set by OpenAI (if any)
  • Geographic or account-specific restrictions imposed by OpenAI

4.2 Replacement Policy

We will provide a one-time replacement only if:

  • You can prove the code was invalid at the time of delivery
  • You have not shared or exposed the code to third parties
  • You contact us within 7 days of purchase

Replacement is not available if the code became invalid due to:

  • Expiration after a long period of non-use
  • Changes to OpenAI's policies
  • Sharing the code with others

5. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

If you believe you qualify for a refund or replacement under Section 3 or 4, email [email protected] from your registered email address and include:

  1. Order ID (from your purchase confirmation email)
  2. Detailed explanation of the issue with supporting evidence (screenshots, error messages, etc.)
  3. Desired resolution (refund or replacement code)

We will respond within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method; banks may take up to 10 business days to reflect the funds.

Important: Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval. Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis according to this policy.

6. Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company, you must contact us first to resolve the issue.

Fraudulent chargebacks (filing a chargeback when you have received your invitation code) may result in:

  • Permanent account termination
  • Blacklisting from future purchases
  • Reporting to fraud prevention networks
  • Legal action to recover costs

We keep detailed records of all code deliveries and can provide evidence to payment processors if needed.

7. Pricing & Promotions

Prices for invitation codes are displayed in USD and may vary based on market conditions and availability.

  • Promotional Prices – If you purchase at a promotional rate, you cannot request a refund if the price later decreases
  • Price Increases – We do not offer retroactive refunds if prices increase after your purchase
  • Discount Codes – All sales using discount codes are still subject to the no-refund policy

8. Policy Changes

We may revise this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced with 15 days' advance notice. The latest version always applies to all purchases made after the revision date.

Purchases made before a policy revision remain governed by the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
